My client, a leading Real Estate Property consultancy, is seeking an ambitious Associate Partner to join their expanding national Business Rates team in London. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven professional to step into a senior role, contribute to high-profile projects, and play a key part in the continued growth of a market-leading consultancy.The Role:Devise and implement strategic solutions to reduce clients\’ business rates liabilitiesManage relief applications and empty rates cases with accuracy and insightInspect and measure properties to support robust rating valuationsLead the Check, Challenge, Appeal process with compelling, evidence-based submissionsBuild and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service excellenceDrive business development and cross-sell wider consultancy servicesMentor and support junior colleagues, contributing to team development and successCandidate Profile:Chartered Surveyor (or equivalent) with significant experience in rating valuationsConfident presenting cases at Valuation Tribunal and beyondStrong knowledge of rating legislation, practice, and software (Riverlake, Analyse, RatesData, Calcurate)Exceptional communication, negotiation, and report-writing skillsCommercially minded with the ability to generate new business opportunitiesA collaborative and entrepreneurial leader with the ability to inspire and guide othersThis is a senior opportunity within a high-performing, globally recognised consultancy that offers career progression, market-leading resources, and a collaborative environment where you can make a real impact.Location: London – City (with flexibility for the right candidate)
