This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative and entrepreneurial team delivering exceptional private client and development projects from concept through to completion. The Role
- Managing multiple high-end residential refurbishment projects
- Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
- Cost reporting and commercial management throughout delivery
- Variations, valuations and final accounts
- Tender analysis and procurement strategy
- Supporting project delivery teams to ensure programmes and budgets are maintained
- Liaising directly with clients, consultants and subcontractors
