This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative and entrepreneurial team delivering exceptional private client and development projects from concept through to completion. The business operates across architecture, interior design, project management and construction management, giving the team genuine involvement across the full project lifecycle. The Role
- Managing multiple high-end residential refurbishment projects
- Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
- Cost reporting and commercial management throughout delivery
- Variations, valuations and final accounts
- Tender analysis and procurement strategy
- Supporting project delivery teams to ensure programmes and budgets are maintained
- Liaising directly with clients, consultants and subcontractors
