Commercial Property Manager Manchester £40,000 – £50,000 Cobalt Recruitment is delighted to represent a substantial, privately-owned property investment and asset management company with an extensive commercial real estate portfolio across the UK. As part of their ambitious growth plans, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join their in-house team and deliver professional property management services. Responsibilities; This hands-on position encompasses all aspects of property management, with a strong focus on service charge budgeting and collection. Collaborating closely with Senior Property Managers, Asset Managers, and Facilities Managers, your key responsibilities will include: Progressing licences for lease assignments, sublets, and alterations. Liaising with Building Surveyors, Facilities Managers, solicitors, and on-site personnel. Managing landlord and tenant requests. Reading and interpreting leases accurately. Reporting to clients and supporting Asset Managers with strategic advice. Assessing rents, income flows, and yields. Inspecting commercial properties and providing asset management recommendations. About You; The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in managing multi-let property portfolios, with a strong understanding of service charge budgeting and management. We’re looking for someone with: Experience : A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, ideally MRICS qualified. Skills : Excellent IT proficiency and the ability to interpret complex leases. Essentials : A valid driving licence and a proactive, hands-on approach.
