I am partnering with a well-established and respected property consultancy in their Infrastructure team, managing an extensive and varied portfolio of over 100 assets across high-profile contracts including major national projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property professional to take ownership of a diverse caseload and make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of a mixed property portfolio.
- Leasing, lettings, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
- Onboarding new assets into the portfolio.
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and improvement works.
- Conducting property inspections and compliance checks.
- Liaising with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Producing accurate and timely client reports.
About You:
- MRICS, AssocRICS or equivalent experience in asset/property management.
- Skilled in client and stakeholder management.
