I am partnering with a well-established and respected property consultancy in their Infrastructure team, managing an extensive and varied portfolio of over 100 assets across high-profile contracts including major national projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property professional to take ownership of a diverse caseload and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of a mixed property portfolio.
  • Leasing, lettings, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
  • Onboarding new assets into the portfolio.
  • Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and improvement works.
  • Conducting property inspections and compliance checks.
  • Liaising with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Producing accurate and timely client reports.

About You:

  • MRICS, AssocRICS or equivalent experience in asset/property management.
  • Skilled in client and stakeholder management.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
