Cobalt is working with a highly regarded UK property developer to recruit a Project Manager to join their delivery team, focusing on large-scale industrial and logistics projects across the country. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in bringing major developments from conception through to completion.

The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll oversee projects through all phases of the development cycle – from pre-construction through to practical completion – ensuring that programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to a best-in-class standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing industrial and logistics projects across multiple sites, ensuring delivery to specification and budget.
- Coordinating design, planning, and construction teams to achieve smooth project execution.
- Overseeing external consultants and contractors, ensuring alignment with programme milestones.
- Supporting pre-acquisition and feasibility work with technical and delivery insight.
- Reporting on progress, risks, and value engineering opportunities.
Skills & Experience Required
- A proven track record in managing large industrial or logistics construction projects.
- Working knowledge of JCT and/or Design & Build contracts.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- The ability to balance commercial understanding with technical and delivery expertise.
- Professional qualifications such as MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB are advantageous but not essential.
