I am partnered with a globally leading and exceptionally well capitalised Real Estate Private Equity firm. They are seeking an individual at Analyst or Associate level, to work across a dynamic European portfolio encompassing a range of commercial, residential, and alternative asset classes. We are seeking passionate and forward-thinking individuals, who want to work across a range of property and transaction types, in a collaborative team.
The duties will include:
- Sourcing and constructing detailed financial models to appraise investments across Europe, with an involvement across multiple asset classes
- Brilliant access and mentorship to investment professionals across the business, supporting them throughout the transaction process
- Ensuring the high quality of internal investment memorandums
- Supporting wider Asset and Development Management strategies, collaborating with colleagues to support in multiple scenarios
