A well-established, multi-disciplinary property and development consultancy is seeking an experienced Principal Planning Consultant / Development Lead to play a key role in expanding its planning and development presence within the region. The successful candidate will drive growth, strengthen the local market presence, and lead the delivery of high-quality planning and development services across a varied portfolio. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the regional lead for planning and development services
