This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Mobile Engineer to join a collaborative and forward-thinking maintenance team responsible for servicing high-profile sites across Central London. Key Responsibilities- Provide mobile maintenance services across multiple client sites in Central London, including both electrical and air-conditioning systems.
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Take full ownership of assigned contracts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation and communication with administrators and site contacts.
- Report and recommend remedial works or improvements where required.
- Maintain all on-site records, paperwork, and company equipment in excellent condition.
- Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota (with weekly call-out allowance).
- Support sub-contractor supervision and ordering of materials when needed.
- Uphold company values of professionalism, safety, and integrity in all interactions.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and be comfortable driving in Central London traffic, as this is a core part of the role.
- Qualified in a trade discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration).
- Strong experience in commercial building maintenance, both planned and reactive.
- Confident working independently across multiple client locations.
