Marketing (Main Focus)- Get involved in creating content for social media, email campaigns, and the website
- Help plan and roll out marketing campaigns from idea through to execution
- Manage and schedule social media posts
- Bring creative ideas to the table for content, campaigns, and brand growth
- Carry out market and competitor research
- Track performance and see what’s working (and what’s not)
- Support events, promotions, and wider marketing projects
- Help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
- Provide basic tech and system support (internal tools, automation platforms, etc.)
- Support the team with general admin and ad hoc tasks
- Help improve processes and spot ways to make things more efficient
- You have a creative flair and a genuine interest in marketing
- You’re confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You have some experience with design tools (e.g. Canva) and enjoy creating content
- Any exposure to automation tools (e.g. Herefish, Rocketseed or similar platforms) would be a strong advantage
- You’re organised, detail-focused, and good at managing your time
- You’re proactive and not afraid to get stuck in
- You’re comfortable with tech and quick to pick up new systems
- You’re a strong communicator and enjoy working with others
