I’m working with a fast-growing real estate capital advisory business looking to add an experienced originator to its team.
The firm advises on real estate financing transactions ranging from £500k to £100m+, with access to a broad UK and international lender network. Around 60% of its business comes from repeat clients, providing a strong platform for an experienced individual to build on.
They are looking for someone with 10+ years’ experience in real estate finance, ideally from either a lender or debt advisory background, who has developed strong borrower/client relationships and wants greater autonomy and commercial upside from the business they originate.
