Job Description Managing Quantity Surveyor – Heavy Civils (Pump Station Project) Location: Benacre, East Suffolk Region: East Anglia Salary – £ up to £90,000 plus bonus, car allowance and an excellent package About the Role Our client is delivering a significant infrastructure project in Benacre-a large pump station requiring deep expertise in heavy civils and NEC contract administration. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact scheme from the early stages, contributing to its commercial success while leading a dedicated commercial team on-site. As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you\’ll play a key leadership role within the Regional Civils division. You\’ll be responsible for managing a small team of Quantity Surveyors and overseeing the full commercial lifecycle of the project-from procurement through to final account-ensuring value for money and commercial excellence at every stage.
