A leading provider of high-quality workspace is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support their growing London portfolio. The Role
As the Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and presentation of a collection of premium workspace buildings across London. You will work closely with the wider Operations and Facilities teams to deliver a first-class experience for all occupants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring all works meet compliance and quality standards
- Support on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fabric and general building maintenance tasks
- Liaise with contractors and support the coordination of repair works
- Assist with snagging, refurbishments, and minor project tasks as required
- Maintain accurate records of works completed
- Provide a proactive, customer-focused service to members and staff
- Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a Maintenance Technician or Multi-Skilled Engineer role, ideally within commercial buildings, hospitality, co-working, or similar environments
- Strong knowledge across a broad range of building services disciplines (basic electrical, plumbing, and fabric repair skills essential)
- A positive, proactive attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple buildings as part of a collaborative team
- A passion for delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards
