A global, professional services business is looking to hire a Treasury Finance Manager into its London-based treasury team. This is a strong opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) to step into a treasury-focused role, even without prior treasury experience. You’ll sit within an international treasury function, supporting both BAU and transformation initiatives across multiple entities, currencies, and jurisdictions.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in bringing structure and control to treasury processes across a complex international group. Working closely with Finance, Tax, and with exposure to senior stakeholders and board-level activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and enhance intercompany lending and funding frameworks
  • Support the development and documentation of interest rate methodologies
  • Analyse FX exposure and support decision-making around currency risk
  • Lead improvements across treasury governance, controls, and documentation
  • Partner with auditors and senior stakeholders to ensure robust reporting
  • Support ongoing enhancements to treasury systems and processes (TMS)
  • Provide oversight to junior team members within treasury operations

What They’re Looking For

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (Big 4 background strongly preferred)
  • Experience within a large, multinational or blue-chip environment
  • Exposure to treasury in industry (not purely consulting)
  • Strong grounding in intercompany, FX, and technical accounting concepts
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • Someone who can bring structure, ideas, and a polished approach

What This Role Offers

  • High visibility across a global finance function
  • A genuine mix of technical treasury, stakeholder exposure, and process improvement
  • Opportunity to step into a more senior, influential treasury position
  • Strong long-term progression within a respected organisation
