This is a unique opportunity to work with major corporate occupiers, reviewing lease-related costs, analysing service charge expenditure, identifying cost-saving opportunities and helping clients ensure compliance with lease obligations across large property portfolios.

Key Responsibilities- Review and analyse service charge, insurance and lease-related costs across commercial property portfolios.
- Assess landlord expenditure and supporting documentation to identify potential savings and cost avoidance opportunities.
- Interpret lease provisions and investigate compliance with lease obligations.
- Liaise directly with landlords, managing agents and professional advisers to resolve queries and disputes.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for clients.
- Support ongoing portfolio reviews and recurring client projects.
- Build strong relationships with occupier clients and provide regular progress updates.
