Cobalt are delighted to be supporting a global REIT on their search for a Senior Portfolio Analyst to join their Asset Management team in London. The role offers exposure to a high-quality, diversified real estate portfolio and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders to support investment and asset management decision-making.
The Role: Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will deliver financial analysis and portfolio reporting across office, industrial and residential assets, supporting strategy at asset, portfolio and board level.
- Financial modelling and analysis using Excel and Argus Enterprise
- Support investment returns analysis, risk assessment and strategy
- Assist with valuations and capital forecasting
- Maintain Power BI dashboards and portfolio reporting
- Prepare presentations and board-level reports
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support to the Asset Management team
About You:
- Experience within the investment property / REIT environment
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong modelling capability
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Proactive, collaborative and commercially minded
- Experience with Power BI or Argus beneficial but not essential
