We're looking for a Senior MEP Planner with a strong background in mechanical and electrical construction planning to take ownership of complex schemes from pre-construction through delivery.
The Role:
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed MEP programmes using Asta Powerproject/Primavera P6
- Work closely with pre-construction, design, and delivery teams to align sequencing and buildability
- Conduct critical path analysis and scenario planning to identify and mitigate risk
- Produce progress reports, look-aheads, and client-facing updates
- Interface with subcontractors and client representatives to drive planning excellence
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in MEP planning on major build or infrastructure projects (£50M+)
- Strong command of planning software (P6/Asta), methodologies, and reporting
- M&E background with a solid understanding of systems coordination and phasing
- First-rate communication and stakeholder management skills
