Our client, a leading property consultancy, is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager and Associate to join its established Project Management, Office sector team in London. This is an opportunity to take a leading role in the delivery of high-profile office fit-out, refurbishment and repositioning projects across Central London, working with a diverse client base that includes occupiers, investors and developers.
The successful candidate will manage projects from inception through to completion, build lasting client relationships and help shape the continued growth of the team. Working within a collaborative, ambitious and well-established consultancy, you'll join a respected team delivering a range of office projects, from occupier fit-outs through to major landlord refurbishment and repositioning schemes. Projects typically range from 5,000 sq ft to 200,000 sq ft, with exposure to larger landmark developments across London.
The role:
- Lead the delivery of office fit-out, refurbishment and repositioning projects from initial brief through to completion.
- Act as a trusted adviser to clients, providing strategic guidance on project delivery, procurement, programme, risk and commercial matters.
