The Opportunity
This is a unique client-side opportunity to play a key role in the commercial success of flagship London assets. You'll be involved from early-stage product strategy through to leasing execution and ongoing asset performance, helping shape exceptional workplaces and mixed-use environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead leasing activity across office, retail and mixed-use assets
- Manage occupier relationships and drive business development initiatives
- Oversee leasing transactions from initial negotiations through to completion
- Influence product design and commercial strategy through occupier insights
- Collaborate with development, design, marketing and communications teams
- Manage external leasing agents and professional advisors
- Drive performance against leasing and commercial targets
- Analyse opportunities against financial and development objectives
- Deliver regular reporting to senior stakeholders and investors
- Support sustainability initiatives and client-facing performance metrics
About You
- 3+ years' experience within commercial real estate
- Client-side, landlord, agency or occupier-facing background
- MRICS qualified or working towards qualification preferred
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship management skills
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, Power BI and reporting tools
- Highly organised, proactive and commercially driven
