Key Responsibilities
- Act as the finance lead for a large, complex client contract
- Produce and review monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Business partner with operational and non-finance stakeholders
- Support commercial decision-making and contract performance
- Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance
- Assist with audits, contract reviews, and client-facing reporting
- Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in a management accounting / contract finance role
- Background in a contract-led environment (FM, property, construction, engineering, or similar)
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) preferred but not essential
