We're partnering with a leading London-based real estate investment and asset management firm looking to appoint a Part-Qualified Finance Analyst to their commercial finance team.
The Role:This position will sit at the heart of the finance function, supporting the business with:

Financial performance analysis of assets and portfolios across residential and commercial sites

Preparing monthly reporting packs, dashboards, and board summaries

Assisting in the budgeting, forecasting and cash flow modelling processes

Partnering with asset managers, surveyors, and senior stakeholders to drive data-led decisions

Supporting business cases for new investments, disposals, and development projects

Part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with 1-3 years' experience in a finance analyst or management accounting role

Background in real estate, property management, or asset-heavy industries preferred

Strong Excel skills (modelling, pivot tables, lookups); exposure to Yardi, QUBE, or MRI is a plus

Strong communication skills and commercial acumen
