The Role: As the Director of Health & Safety, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, implementing, and overseeing H&S strategy across a portfolio spanning residential, retail, and commercial properties. Working client-side, you will maintain oversight of the appointed Managing Agent while also leading on compliance, risk management, and the delivery of best-in-class safety standards across the estate.
- Setting and driving the organisation's H&S strategy and ensuring full compliance across the portfolio
- Overseeing and challenging the Managing Agent to ensure high operational standards
- Leading on audits, inspections, and risk assessments across residential, retail, and commercial assets
- Acting as the senior point of authority for all H&S matters, offering guidance to internal teams and stakeholders
- Implementing continuous improvements and fostering a strong safety culture within the organisation
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations and industry best practice
