This is a genuine client-side opportunity within a best-in-class property business, offering direct responsibility for the performance, presentation and occupier experience of a high-end office building. You'll work within an established estate management structure, but retain real ownership of the asset day to day, with autonomy across service delivery, compliance, financial management and occupier relationships. Taking day-to-day responsibility for the operational management and presentation of the buildingBuilding strong relationships with occupiers and maintaining clear, proactive communication around building mattersManaging the annual service charge budget, expenditure and management accountsEnsuring H&S, emergency procedures and safe working practices remain compliant with current legislationManaging hard and soft service providers, including procurement, tendering and ongoing contractor performanceActing as the Responsible Person during building emergencies and ensuring appropriate procedures are maintainedCoordinating interfaces with neighbouring properties and other stakeholders where building operations overlapSupporting occupier onboarding, fit-outs and flexible workspace operations where requiredManaging building records, operational procedures and associated documentationSupporting lifecycle planning, fabric management and longer-term building improvement initiativesExperience in commercial building management is a pre-requisite for this role. We are looking for someone who has already managed or supported the management of high-quality office assets and understands the expectations of a landlord-led, occupier-focused environment. You'll need a strong grounding in H&S compliance, contractor management, service charge and building operations, alongside excellent communication skills.
