Cobalt's Facilities Management team recruits across hard and soft services, from Coordinator through to Director level, with most hires at mid to senior level. The desk is busiest in London, followed by the North West and Yorkshire.

As an Associate Consultant, you will support NFI generation through sourcing, engaging and managing high calibre candidates, building strong pipelines and delivering an excellent candidate experience. The team is extremely busy, with more live roles than current capacity can fully cover, so this hire will directly improve delivery and performance.

You will work closely with and be developed by a high performing team of 3 established recruiters who will be feeding roles into you, giving you immediate exposure to live mandates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market map and proactively engage high calibre, hard to find talent
  • Build strong relationships with active and passive candidates
  • Manage candidates from qualification through to offer stage
  • Deliver high quality, well matched shortlists to a top performing Principal Consultant
  • Share market insight from candidate conversations
  • Maintain accurate systems and follow best practice processes
  • Participate in structured training and ongoing development
