We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a residential development within the Home Counties. Working closely with the Site Manager, you’ll help manage the development through to completion, ensuring programme, quality and cost targets are achieved while maintaining high standards across site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, direct labour and materials in line with the build programme
  • Help ensure programme, quality and cost targets are achieved
  • Work closely with the Sales team and attend regular Sales/Build meetings
  • Carry out inspections of show homes and ensure required procedures are followed
  • Support and help manage the on-site construction team
  • Deputise for the Site Manager when required
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality and customer service
  • Support the development through to completion and handover
