Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality screening and pre-referencing of applications

  • Lease a high volume of apartments in the Sheffield and North East regions

  • Ensure full compliance with lettings processes

  • Upload property listings and manage property portal adverts

  • Release properties to the market upon instruction

  • Confirm and manage viewing schedules

  • Daily reporting and tracking

  • Qualify viewers/applicants against internal business criteria

  • Conduct property viewings

  • Monitor and report on competitor activity

  • Maintain high presentation standards for show flats and communal areas

  • Perform regular key audits

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in administrative roles managing high-volume workloads

  • Sales background and commitment to exceptional customer service are desirable

  • Solid understanding of residential lettings is essential

  • ARLA Level 3 qualification is preferred

  • Team-oriented, self-driven, and highly organized

  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
