Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality screening and pre-referencing of applications

Lease a high volume of apartments in the Sheffield and North East regions

Ensure full compliance with lettings processes

Upload property listings and manage property portal adverts

Release properties to the market upon instruction

Confirm and manage viewing schedules

Daily reporting and tracking
