You will join an established residential business and work within a team focused on providing a high standard of service throughout the lettings journey.
For someone with strong administration and customer service skills, the Lettings Administrator position offers the chance to build specialist knowledge within the Build to Rent sector while taking on a varied workload.
The role and responsibilities
As a Lettings Administrator, you will support the lettings process and help ensure prospective and new residents receive an efficient service.
Your responsibilities will include
- Supporting the administration of the lettings process and ensuring information is recorded accurately.
- Managing enquiries and communicating with prospective and current residents throughout their journey.
- Preparing and processing relevant tenancy documentation.
- Supporting referencing, compliance and other pre-tenancy requirements.
- Maintaining accurate information across internal systems and records.
- Coordinating with colleagues to help ensure agreed move-in dates and deadlines are met.
- Providing wider administrative support to the lettings team when required.
The Lettings Administrator will work Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, with one Saturday in every five, giving you a predictable working pattern while gaining experience within the residential property sector.

Direct property experience is not required for this opportunity.
