An opportunity has arisen with an established UK property consultancy to appoint a senior hire within its General Practice team in Manchester. The business has a strong reputation in the market and is continuing to invest in growth, with this hire forming part of a broader strategic expansion. The role offers scope to join at Partner level, depending on experience and capability.
The position will focus on a mix of Lease Advisory and Valuation work, acting for a range of landlord and tenant clients across the commercial property sector with a strong focus on retail. There is also an opportunity to play a key role in supporting and developing the existing team locally.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Rent reviews, lease renewals and regears
- Valuation work (red book and non-red book)
- Client relationship management and advisory
- Involvement in wider professional work, including acquisitions and disposals
