We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a major 290-bed hotel fit-out scheme in London. This is a site-based role on a substantial three-year project.This position would suit a strong, hands-on Site Manager with a proven background in delivering high-quality hotel, hospitality or complex interior fit-out projects.The RoleYou will be based on site in London, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of the 290-bedroom hotel fit-out, working alongside the Project Manager and wider construction team.Key responsibilities will include:Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring works progress in line with the programmeCoordinating subcontractors and specialist tradesManaging sequencing and interfaces between tradesMonitoring workmanship and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the projectCarrying out regular site inspections and ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings and specificationsManaging short-term programmes and ensuring key milestones are achievedIdentifying and resolving site issues to maintain progressEnsuring health & safety standards and site procedures are maintained at all timesManaging site logistics, deliveries and accessCoordinating with the Project Manager, consultants and wider project teamManaging snagging, quality inspections and handover activitiesMaintaining accurate site records and reporting on progressAbout YouWe are looking for an established Site Manager who can demonstrate:Strong experience delivering hotel, hospitality or high-end fit-out projectsExperience on large-scale, multi-room hotel schemes would be highly advantageousStrong knowledge of interior fit-out and finishing tradesExcellent subcontractor and trade management skillsA strong eye for detail and qualityGood understanding of construction programmes and sequencingStrong health & safety knowledgeThe ability to drive progress and maintain high standards on siteValid SMSTS - essentialValid First Aid - essentialAbility to work site based in London
