Our client are seeking an ambitious Junior Construction Project Manager, who will play a vital role in the successful delivery of a landmark luxury residential development in Central London. Working closely with senior project and construction managers, consultants, and contractors, you’ll ensure every element of the build meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and specialist teams to achieve compliant and design-led solutions.
  • Monitor day-to-day site activity to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Oversee procurement and delivery of materials to maintain construction progress and prevent delays.
  • Track project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and change orders.
  • Conduct factory and on-site inspections to assess compliance and quality performance.
  • Prepare and maintain regular progress reports, ensuring transparent communication across the team.
  • Keep detailed records of actions, decisions, and timelines to ensure efficient project close-out.
  • Provide assistance and proactive support to other members of the project team as required.
About You
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a recognised UK construction or development environment ideally within high-end residential, hospitality, or heritage projects.
  • Passionate about delivering excellence in every detail, with strong attention to quality, cost, and time control.
  • Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced site environment, we are seeking someone with a pro-active attitude looking to thrive in an incredibly rare opportunity.
