A specialist hospitality investment platform is hiring an Investment Analyst / Associate to join its lean deal team, focused exclusively on hotel investments across Europe. This is a front-line execution role, working directly with senior investment professionals and regularly engaging with external partners, including private equity firms and leading institutional funds. The successful candidate will be highly analytical but also commercially sharp — someone with sharp presentational skills who can concisely communicate a deal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analysis, scenario planning)
  • Support underwriting of hotel acquisitions and structured transactions across Europe
  • Assist with due diligence and coordination of external advisers (legal, tax, technical, operational)
  • Produce investment committee materials, including concise memos and presentations
  • Conduct market and trading analysis (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, benchmarking, comps)
  • Support meetings with institutional partners and contribute to deal discussions
  • Help monitor portfolio performance and support ongoing asset management strategy

Candidate Profile

  • Established experience in real estate private equity, brokerage, investment banking, advisory, or hospitality investment
  • Strong financial modelling skills and high attention to detail
  • Clear commercial instincts and a genuine interest in hotel real estate
  • Comfortable presenting and defending assumptions in meetings and investment forums
  • European hotels experience strongly preferred
