Cobalt is partnering with a highly entrepreneurial property consultancy looking to appoint Director-level Valuation Surveyors to help grow their valuation offering across the UK. This is a unique opportunity for ambitious individuals to build and lead valuation teams within their local markets, with opportunities across cities such as Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and other key regional centres.
The role will involve delivering Red Book valuations, advising lenders, investors and developers, developing client relationships, and playing a key role in growing a regional valuation business.
Requirements- MRICS / FRICS qualified and Registered Valuer
