The Role
- Undertake Level 2 (Homebuyer) and bespoke Level 3 (Building) surveys across a tailored local patch

What We’re Looking For
- MRICS / AssocRICS qualified (or equivalent experience) - Open to Sava Students nearing qualification
- Strong experience delivering residential surveys (Level 2 & 3)
- Excellent technical knowledge of building defects and construction
- A client-first mindset with strong report writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
