The Role
- Undertake Level 2 (Homebuyer) and bespoke Level 3 (Building) surveys across a tailored local patch
- Inspect a diverse portfolio of character, period and high-value residential properties

- Build trusted relationships with private clients purchasing some of the UK’s most desirable homes

What We’re Looking For
- MRICS / AssocRICS qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience delivering residential surveys (Level 2 & 3)
- Excellent technical knowledge of building defects and construction
