Key Responsibilities To be responsible for the operation and administration of the FM Helpdesk, ensuring all external (tenant) and internal queries are acknowledged, assigned and resolved in a timely manner.
To ensure that all PPM/Reactive and quoted works are scheduled and completed with all subsequent documentation provided.
To co-ordinate and manage the FM helpdesk function across the portfolio.
To respond and communicate in an effective and timely manner to all issues/queries or task raised by tenants, wider FM Team, contractors/suppliers, Asset Managers or senior management.
Advise and guide the Maintenance and Facilities team on the raising and closing of reactive, PPM and scheduled job requests within the FM Helpdesk department.
Responding appropriately to emergencies, or urgent issues, as they arise.
