Finance Analyst – Transactions
£400-£500 per day
Cobalt are working with a leading Real Estate business with a significant Pan-European footprint, currently seeking an Interim Finance Analyst to join their team on an initial contract as they go through a period of active transactions.
The successful applicant will be working closely with the rest of the finance, acquisition, and operation teams, consistently liaising with different stakeholders, focused on project management and technical accounting.
Key duties include:
- Produce comprehensive process and control documentation for deal onboarding/offboarding
- Daily updates on allocated deals to the broader team and review completion accounts
- Manage pre-acquisition and post-acquisition adjustments
- Lead onboarding for assigned jurisdictions
- Collaborate with accounting teams to map and integrate financial data accurately
- Ensure acquisition documents are obtained for reporting and audit purposes
- Assist with ESG data collection initiatives and assist in financial due diligence for offboarding opportunities
Key requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience working within the real estate/property industry
- Project management and technical accounting skills
- Exposure to reviewing completion statements
- Immediately available
