Cobalt is recruiting a Facilities Manager for one of the UK's leading Build-to-Rent property owner-operators as they seek to expand their FM division in London.
Within this client-side role, you'll work closely alongside some of the industries best brightest, giving you the platform to develop your FM career whilst taking on significant autonomy.
Within this role you'll take on a varied portfolio of BTR developments throughout London (with occasional travel outside the capital) with a wide array of first-rate amenities on site, from gyms, to co-working spaces, to cafe's, to events spaces.
You'll divide your time between being out on site, in our clients regional office in London, and at home with autonomy over your diary.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Completing regular site inspections and ensuring actions are followed through.
Working closely with site teams to resolve facilities and compliance issues.
Managing planned and reactive maintenance activity.
Maintaining PPM schedules, compliance records and CAFM information.
Monitoring contractor performance and the quality of completed works.
Supporting statutory, health and safety and operational compliance.
