Cobalt is working alongside an extremely reputable managing agent who are seeking a Facilities Manager to join an existing team within a key site in Nottingham.
As the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the hard & soft services within the estate whilst keeping a very specific eye for detail in order to create a first-class service for the occupiers.
Key responsibilities include:
Assist in ensuring the effective maintenance of the building plants and fabric in terms of both planned and reactive works.
Building relationships with service providers to ensure that their level of service is in line with the expected SLA.
Exposure to managing the service charge budget.
Overseeing the fit-out and refurbishment projects in the property.
Ensuring full H&S compliance, conducting regular site inspections, signing off RAMS and permits to work etc.
Conducting site walk-throughs on a regular basis
Managing the Facilities Technician\'s as well as external contractors for M&E, security, and cleaning.
Our client is looking for someone who is wanting to grow within the company - they are looking for candidates who have the right attitude and feel that their customers come first. An IOSH is essential.
We will also consider candidates with proven assistant level experience who have the drive to develop within the industry at a company who will give you the tools and ancouragement to do so.
