Key Responsibilities

  • Provide senior leadership across operational, commercial and client service functions.

  • Extensive senior leadership experience within the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Jersey funds industry and regulatory landscape.
  • Demonstrable success in leading teams and managing complex operational environments.
  • Proven commercial acumen, including business development and client relationship management experience.
  • Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CGI/ICSA or equivalent.
  • Ability to engage credibly with clients, regulators, Boards and senior executives.
  • A career history demonstrating progression, stability and increasing responsibility.
  • Experience contributing to strategic business planning and growth initiatives.
