The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
I am partnered with a Living Sector Investment Management firm, with the capital in place to complete multiple billion of transactions in 2026 and beyond, following an exceptional 2025. This is a lean and agile team, but with an incredible name and brand in the market. They are seeking an individual at Associate or Senior Analyst level, to work in their dynamic team and be encouraged to grow within their firm rapidly. You will receive incredible deal exposure in this lean team, and career progression is at the forefront of the client’s mind – which I found incredibly refreshing.
Responsibilities
- Involved in the origination of new investments, encouraged to visit sites and be hands on with the deals
- Analysing investments through financial models and through in depth research of each transaction, and in turn presenting this to the investment committee
- Working closely with Asset Management teams, with access to the full life-cycle of these transactions
- Preparing Investment Committee papers to support new investments passing through the Investment Committee process
- Assist with the building and maintenance of financial models at both investment level and fund level
- Assisting with the preparation of investor reporting / presentations and handling investor queries
Ideal Candidate
- Living sector experience is advantageous
- Strong Excel modelling skills, but also a strong appetite to utilise their interpersonal skills and have a hands on role with deals too
- An entrepreneurial, forward-thinking mind-set
