We are partnering with a high-growth real estate platform to hire an FP&A Manager into a newly restructured finance team. This is a platform-level role with strong exposure to senior leadership and an opportunity to play a key role in improving financial insight, modelling capability and exit readiness.
This position would suit a highly analytical FP&A professional who enjoys working with complex data, building robust models and driving accuracy across forecasts and reporting.
The Role:
- Own financial planning, budgeting and forecasting across the business
- Build and maintain detailed financial and cash flow models
- Produce monthly management information, including variance analysis and performance insight
- Deliver scenario and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Partner with investment and portfolio teams to provide quantitative support
- Improve FP&A processes, controls and data quality, reducing manual errors
- Support exit preparation through high-quality, investor-grade analytics and reporting
The Candidate:
- ACA/CPA/CA Qualified with minimum 3 Years PQE
- Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance or analytical finance
- Strong financial modelling skills (advanced Excel essential)
- Highly quantitative and detail-oriented approach
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Experience within real estate, infrastructure or asset-heavy environments is beneficial but not essential
