This company is a fast-growing international investment firm specialising in real estate and private equity. As they continue to scale, they are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in the US, while working closely with the UK team.
This is a pivotal role for an experienced, proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in an international setting. In addition, you will occasionally assist with personal PA duties to ensure smooth day-to-day management of both professional and private commitments.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, travel itineraries, and logistics.
- Maintain and update records, contact databases, and CRM systems (HubSpot).
- Provide administrative support on special projects, including research, reporting, and investor or partner coordination.
- Assist with occasional personal PA duties (e.g., personal scheduling, household/vendor liaison, and other ad-hoc support as required).
Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable high-level administrative role.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or a similar platform).
Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.
