This is an opportunity to grow your development consultancy career within a high-performing London team advising on some of the capital’s most complex regeneration and development projects. You’ll join a well-established Development Consultancy team based in London, following a sustained increase in workload across both public and private sector clients.

The role offers hands-on involvement across viability, regeneration, feasibility, S106/CIL, development agency and residential valuation work. You’ll work closely with engaged Directors, gain early responsibility, and develop strong technical and client-facing experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is a role designed to accelerate progression - ideal if you want meaningful client exposure rather than narrow, process-driven work.

  • Running development appraisals and financial modelling
  • Providing valuation input where required
  • Preparing business cases, fee proposals and tenders
  • Assisting with transactions and development agency work
  • Regular liaison with clients, planners, architects and wider consultants
Essential Requirements:
