Title: Development Manager
Location: London, West End
I am partnered with a superb Development Management firm, an international market leader in real estate. They are now seeking a Development Manager to join their team.
This is a brilliant and lean team but with a massively diverse scheme, with coverage of assets including logistics, warehousing, offices, mixed-use and more.
They are seeking a RICS accredited candidate with proven development experience, ideally on the client or occupier side. But aside from this, they can be flexible with the amount of exact experience they require.

The duties will include:
- Development management for a diverse portfolio of industrial, warehouse, and office assets
- Working closely with occupiers throughout the schemes, ensuring the developments are also meeting their business goals
- Produce development appraisals using Excel and Argus
- Originate new transactions and conclude to execution of leases
- Working closely with the Marketing team to ensure the schemes are represented optimally
- Working closely with third parties across design, construction, project management. But equally, working closely with internal marketing and asset management teams
- Looking at opportunities for further development opportunities nationally, and also in Europe
- Negotiating and influencing asset enhancement strategies across the scheme
- Maintaining extremely strong occupier relationships throughout the cradle to grave cycle of the schemes.
The candidate will ideally possess:
- MRICS qualification
- Established Development experience, ideally landlord or occupier side
- Industrial/logistics experience is very helpful
- Strong lease agreement/lease transactions knowledge
