The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
We are thrilled to be partnered with one a busy and independent residential developer, who specialises within the care sector.
Your role will focus on supporting care home developments throughout London and the South East. You will be working with industry leading Land, Development and Construction colleagues, and assisting on all current and new sites that come through the business β but without a need to find said development sites.
You will be involved in (among other responsibilities):
- Supporting and appraising of potential development sites for planning and development viability.
- Supporting preapps and planning applications through the development process, overseeing external planning consultants and managing smaller applications.
- Managing stakeholders, external consultants and building strong relationships with local authorities.
- Supporting operations within budgets and on time, alongside risk management, health and safety, procurement, and ongoing reporting for construction phases.
- Inputting and updating cash flows throughout the development and construction stages.
- Related admin tasks to the development such as invoicing and liaising with land owners and sending letters.
- Taking sites through delivery stages with contractors.
You will ideally:
- Be proactive & eager to learn and absorb work easily.
- Have experience in a developer, public body or housing association.
- Have experience in managing developments through the planning, development and pre-construction stages.
- Have a passion for care and the later living sector.
- Excellent communication, written and numerate skills.
