Quorum Estates, Wilmslow Portfolio Management Surveyor (Part-time) Competitive salary & benefits available With decades of experience within the commercial property sector, Quorum has established a reputation as a leading Developer and Investor in the Northwest of England The group prides itself on their trusted partner status, alongside their ability to continually expand their portfolio of assets. Based from their Head Office in Wilmslow, the team are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Portfolio Management Surveyor. Responsible for delivering property management services on behalf of the group, the appointed Portfolio Management Surveyor will report to the company directors with day to day duties to include: Manage and maintain the property management software including the input of all new companies, properties and tenancies; monitoring and actioning all tenancy diary actions throughout the year. Raise and distribute all quarterly and monthly invoices in respect of rent, service charge, car parking and other ad-hoc charges via the property management system. Set and manage service charge budgets, reconciliations and accounting. Provide the monthly debtor reports to the directors and quarterly rent charges and receipts reports for bank reporting. Liaise with company accountant on company year end information exchange and lease incentives. Carry out and log regular property inspections having regard to health and safety legislation and statutory obligations. Recommend, action and record building repairs and improvements, liaising with the maintenance management team. Communicate with all tenants in respect of day to day property management matters and diary events. Work closely with agents and solicitors in the negotiation and documentation of new lettings including the management of tenant handover information. Experience of managing industrial and commercial office assets would be advantageous, but candidates with a proven track record with the management of mixed assets will be given full consideration. This role is part-time and therefore there will be a degree of flexibility around how the hours could be structured.
