Yardi Functional Business Analyst - 4 Month Contract
Role Overview
This role supports the delivery of property technology initiatives by providing functional expertise across Yardi Voyager and commercial leasing processes.
Acting as the key link between business users and technology teams, you will support system enhancements, testing, process improvements, and data quality initiatives to ensure successful project delivery and effective user adoption.

- Role Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of Yardi-related projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide functional expertise across Yardi commercial leasing, accounts receivable, job cost, and service charge modules, acting as the key point of contact between business users and IT.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring issues are identified, resolved, and delivered within project timelines.
- Analyse lease data and business processes to identify data quality improvements, supporting documentation updates and process optimisation.
- Manage project activities, communicate progress to stakeholders, and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Role Requirements
- Strong experience within commercial real estate (min 5 years) , with a solid understanding of leasing operations and property management processes.
- Proven functional knowledge of Yardi Voyager, particularly commercial leasing, accounts receivable, job cost, and service charge.
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with AI tools such as Claude would be advantageous
