Cobalt are delighted to be partnering with a leading real estate investment and asset management business with a significant UK portfolio and an outstanding reputation for creating and managing high-quality commercial assets.

Working Pattern: 4 days per week in the office

Contract: 14-Month Fixed Term Contract Maternity Cover

Salary: £90,000 DOE + discretionary bonus + benefits + competitive pension

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Asset Manager to take ownership of a high-profile retail portfolio. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll be responsible for driving asset performance, implementing business plans and identifying value-enhancing opportunities across the portfolio.

This is a broad, strategic role offering exposure to leasing, stakeholder management, development initiatives and long-term asset strategy.

  • Develop and execute asset-level business plans
  • Drive leasing strategies and negotiate key commercial agreements
  • Monitor and report on asset performance, identifying opportunities to maximise returns
  • Collaborate with development, leasing, finance, legal and operations teams
  • Lead strategic initiatives to improve portfolio performance
  • Support valuations, appraisals and investment decisions
  • Mentor junior members of the asset management team
