Cobalt is pleased to be exclusively partnering once again with a leading Pan-European Real Estate Investment Management firm, on the appointment of a Senior Property Manager position in Central London. This is a diverse and rewarding client-side role, and the successful candidate will benefit from regular and strategic communication with the in-house Investment and Asset Management team, as well as directly with investors.
Active management of a portfolio of office assets, including preparing client reports on the property management service and regular formal reporting to clients. Site inspections and tenant liaising. Provide support and assistance to the asset management team and clients in connection with value enhancement opportunities including rent reviews, lettings and lease renewal programmes.
Collaborating actively with the Investment Management and Asset Management team to ensure a full understanding of the strategic lifecycle of each asset. Manage and support the growing team of Property Managers and Facilities Managers. Preparing and administering service charge budgets and reconciliations.
Proven capability as a Commercial Property Management Surveyor with demonstrable experience in a similar role. Good commercial acumen with an ability to provide sound advice to clients. Experience with using TRAMPS Property Management system is preferable.
Role is 5 days a week in the office with flexibility given when needed. Salary £65,000 - £75,000 + bonus + benefits.
