We are looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join a high-performing finance team. This role will take ownership of financial reporting across a portfolio of entities, supporting senior finance stakeholders and providing insight to drive business performance. You’ll play a key role in month-end processes, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting & Business Partnering
  • Manage revenue and operating costs across a portfolio
  • Act as a key finance contact for internal stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with operational and departmental teams
  • Provide insightful analysis to support decision-making
  • Month-End & Reporting
    • Deliver accurate and timely month-end reporting
    • Review P&Ls and balance sheets across multiple entities
    • Provide variance analysis against budget and prior performance
    • Prepare and distribute management reporting packs
    • Support board reporting processes
  • Wider Finance Responsibilities
    • Partner with departments on budgeting and cost analysis
    • Review AP/AR processes and ensure accurate postings
    • Monitor debtor and creditor positions
    • Identify and implement process improvements
    • Support audits and year-end reporting requirements
    Experience & Knowledge
    • Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA with 1+ years PQE
    • Strong accounting background (real estate experience beneficial but not essential)
    • Experience across financial reporting, AP/AR, and balance sheet management
    • Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience desirable
